John F. Eulich founded The Vantage Companies in 1959 and grew it to become one of the largest full-service commercial real estate organizations in the country, accounting for over $7 billion in real estate development nationwide. Eulich has been a leader and innovator in the development of industrial and business parks, suburban office parks, community shopping centers, office/showroom and research facilities, hotels and multi-family developments. During his career, Eulich has been honored as Developer Of The Year by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Entrepreneur Of The Year by Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas), Distinguished Developer by the Urban Land Institute, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors in 1996. Eulich is a native of Kansas City, Kansas and a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Frederick L. Albrecht

Albrecht joined the Vantage Companies in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and has since been promoted to President. From 1985 to 1999, Albrecht served as Chief Financial Officer for First Worthing Company, a multi-family development and management company that is affiliated with The Vantage Companies. Albrecht is currently responsible for overall financial management and coordinating borrowing activities, legal activities and investment management. Albrecht received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

Robert B. Milam, Jr. (Bert)
Senior Vice President and CFO
Milam joined Vantage in 1973 and has served as controller and financial officer in various companies and divisions. Milam is currently responsible for the accounting activities for the real estate companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Milam received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel-Motel-Resort Management from Moorhead State College, Moorhead, Minnesota.

Russ McWilliams

McWilliams joined the Vantage Companies in 1985 as General Counsel in the real estate area. McWilliams is currently responsible for oversight of all facets of commercial real estate investment and development for Vantage Companies. Mr. McWilliams received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, Waco, Texas.

Lisle joined Vantage Companies in 1980 and has served in a number of capacities including asset management, investment analysis, property sales and leasing. Lisle currently serves as President of Vantage Management Company, Inc., and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. Lisle received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

Weldon A. Lee (Bo)

Lee joined the Vantage Companies in March of 2005 as Senior Vice President of Construction. In this position, he has responsibility for all the construction activities within the Vantage Companies. Lee has worked in construction for over 30 years with both general contractors and real estate development firms, including nine years as President and Principal shareholder of a commercial contracting company in Baltimore, MD. While in Baltimore, he also taught an evening course on construction technology in the graduate real estate degree program at Johns Hopkins University. Lee received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Texas A & M University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Steve McGiboney

McGiboney has been with the Vantage Companies for over 17 years in various positions with Vantage affiliated companies. From 1997 to 2002, McGiboney served as Vice President and General Manager of Vantage Construction Company, a full service general contracting company. McGiboney is currently responsible for overseeing the construction management operations for the Vantage Companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. McGiboney attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he majored in Mathematics and Architecture.

Tedrowe joined Vantage Companies in 1985 and has served with various Vantage affiliated companies. Tedrowe is responsible for providing site layouts, building layouts, and tenant improvement plans to meet the clients’ requirements. Tedrowe currently utilizes AUTOCAD 2006 in preparing all development plans. Tedrowe received an Associate Degree in Architecture from ITT Institute, Indianapolis, Indiana.

McMillan joined the Vantage Companies in 2004 as Marketing Associate of Vantage’s Dallas Division. McMillan brings leasing and landlord representation experience to the Vantage Companies. McMillan is currently responsible for sales, leasing and marketing for Vantage-owned or controlled real estate properties. McMillan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, with a Real Estate Emphasis and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
