Development

In addition to merchant building of institutional grade commercial real estate property, Vantage Companies offers both build-to-suit and design-build services for your company’s needs. Design-build and build-to-suit services provide the customer with a timely, cost-effective package of architectural, engineering, and construction services by a team of firms managed by Vantage. Design-build and build-to-suit are methods of delivering a building project in which the owner/developer assumes single-source responsibility for the design and construction of the project and associated services in accordance with defined standards and conditions.

When awarded a project, Vantage will assume responsibility for engaging a qualified design and construction team, and coordinating all activities of the design and construction components of the development. Over the course of many years of utilizing these concepts as a delivery method, Vantage has developed and redefined specific techniques and procedures for assuring success.

Investments

Vantage Companies aggressively seeks real estate equity investment opportunities nationwide. Our investment strategy is primarily structured as Joint Venture and/or Limited Partnership arrangements in office, industrial, land, retail, condominium and multi-family properties.

Construction and Property Management

Vantage Companies offers a high level of service to our tenants and clients, in a cost-efficient manner with devoted personnel taking care of all your construction and property management needs. Vantage also provides lease administration services, roaming maintenance staff, construction management service, and financial/accounting services, including planning/budgeting, customized reporting, cash management and financial modeling.
