Vantage Companies is nearing construction completion of the office/condominium phase of its Renner Business Park in Richardson, known as Renner Professional Plaza.

The 11-building 65,054 square foot complex is being developed off State Highway 190 near the intersection of Renner Road and Shiloh Road.

Renner Professional Plaza is uniquely designed to allow smaller users the ability to purchase or lease a high-quality office or medical facility with excellent individualized identity without giving up the amenities that many Class A office buildings provide. Such amenities include a community building complete with conference rooms and fitness center.

With a scheduled completion date of November 2005, the project is over 10 percent lease/under contract before construction has completed.
