The Vantage family of companies was founded by John F. Eulich in 1959 in Dallas, Texas as a full service commercial real estate company. Since its inception, the company has developed over 80 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, hotel and multi-family projects nationwide, representing over $7 billion in value. Vantage is recognized as an innovator in the design and development of industrial and office parks, office/service/showroom and research facilities.

Vantage currently serves primarily the South and Southwest regions of the country and offers a full complement of conventional real estate services including project development, construction management, general contracting, project design, property management, project leasing and investment and sales services.

Since 1995, Vantage Companies and its subsidiary, Vantage Realty Holdings, Inc. have been responsible for the development of over 4,500,000 square feet of office and industrial properties, with a value in excess of $300 million. In addition, since 1995, Vantage Realty Holdings, Inc. has made partnership equity investments with third party developers for projects valued in excess of $1 billion. Vantage currently has 650,000 square feet of new projects under construction in Dallas and Houston.
